E-Zwich

The e-zwich smart cardholder allows the customer to perform electronic transactions at any e-zwich Point of Sale (POS) terminal or ATM. The e-zwich smart cardholder can access banking services at any bank throughout Ghana irrespective of whether that bank issued that smartcard or not.

Apex Link Transfer (Rural Bank to Rural Bank)

Apex link is a local funds transfer product which facilitates the transfer of funds to individuals (relatives, business partners, students etc.) from one community to another inside Ghana using the network of rural/community banks.
This fund transfer from one location to another within Ghana through ARB APEX BANK and the networked of rural banks has proved to be safe, reliable and expedient to traders, businessmen etc. Walk into any Rural Bank or Apex Bank office or any of our branch networks with Apex Link outlets and transfer money to any village, town or city in Ghana.
It would be received within a matter of minutes. You may or may not be an account holder with us.

Sending Procedure:

  • Visit any of our branch networks with Apex Link outlets
  • Complete Apex Link Sending Application Form
  • Sign the application form and handover the form and the remitting amount (in cash) to the cashier
  • Obtain a receipt bearing the I-trans code from the cashier before you leave the counter

Receiving Procedure:

  • Visit any of our branch networks with Apex Link outlets.
  • Submit fully completed Apex Link receipt form
  • Identify yourself by simply giving the cashier your Ghana Card.
  • Sign the receipt form and obtain your money.

Inter Bank Transfers (ACH)

An ACH money transfer is the electronic movement of funds through an automatic clearing house. ACH money transfers eradicate any paper trail that might complement a bank transfer or other payment method. An ACH transfer is a payment made between bank accounts through the ACH (Automated Clearing House) network. An ACH transfer is one of the most common type of electronic bank transfers and is used by consumers for direct deposit or automatic bill payment.
Businesses use ACH transfers for B2B and direct debit transactions .ACH transfers typically takes 3-4 business days to complete.

Cheque Code Line Clearing with Cheque Truncation

Cheque Code line Clearing with Cheque Truncation (CCC) is the process of clearing cheques electronically whereby the physical movement of the cheque is stopped or shortened at the point of deposit. The captured image and MICR code line data of the cheque is then used for the rest of the clearing process.

  • Normal Cheque Clearing: This is the default cheque clearance service whereby cheques are cleared within two days beginning from the day the cheque is deposited at the bank
  • Express Cheque Clearing: This is a first-class service whereby cheques are cleared between 11am and 12pm (on working days) and clients can receive their funds after the session ends as 2pm the same day.

ATM Services (GH Link)

The Bank has ATM service which is a self-service electronic network that allows customers to access their account information from ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) and perform basic banking businesses swiftly, safely, and expediently without visiting the banking halls.

Facilities Include;

  • 24 hour cash withdrawals (with daily limits set by the bank)
  • Account balance enquiries
  • Mini-statement printing (for last ten transactions)

CARD APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE

GH-Link ATM Cards are issued at two our Agencies. You are invited to visit any of our Agencies to apply for your card.

Requirement:

  • You must be a client of the Bank
  • You will be required to bring along a valid nationally acceptable ID
  • You shall be required to fill a simple form
